Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation are free of charge Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation are non-refundable Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable Consultation Nature Consultations are conducted via WhatsApp, in written form, at the scheduled time.
